Acceptance and eligibility
By using Tarotop, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be old enough to make this agreement where you live. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.

The service
Tarotop provides AI-assisted tarot readings, related conversation features, and optional paid plans or credit packs. Features, reader availability, limits, and plans may change as the service develops. We will not make a material change to an active paid plan in a way that defeats mandatory rights or without the notice required by law.

Reflection, not professional advice
Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are generated with AI and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, emergency, or other professional advice. They do not diagnose, promise an outcome, or decide for you. Do not use a reading to make a high-stakes decision or delay emergency or professional help.

Accounts and your content
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and give accurate account information. You retain rights in the questions and material you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that material to operate the service and provide the requested reading. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Fair use and prohibited conduct
Do not break the law; interfere with the service; bypass limits, payment, security, or access controls; use bots or scraping to create excessive requests; reverse engineer the service except where law permits; upload malware; impersonate others; or resell the service or access credentials without written permission.

Our content
The Tarotop name, interface, reader personas, branding, software, and other service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of it.

Paid plans, renewals, and cancellation
Prices, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial conditions are shown before Checkout. A subscription renews unless you cancel it before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel an eligible web subscription through the billing portal; cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period. One-time credit packs do not renew. See the Refund Policy for refunds and statutory withdrawal rights.

Availability and suspension
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, law, or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and available next steps.

Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated here. We are not liable for a decision you make in reliance on a reading. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law, disputes, and changes
The law and venue disclosed at Checkout or in the applicable merchant documentation govern to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections and forum rights that mandatory law gives you. Contact legal@tarotop.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. We may update these terms with prospective effect; material changes will be notified where required.
