What this policy covers
This policy covers web purchases of Tarotop subscriptions and one-time credit packs processed through Stripe. The price, currency, billing interval, and renewal terms are presented at Checkout. Purchases made through another storefront are also subject to that storefront’s refund process.

Cancellation
You can cancel an eligible subscription through the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents a future renewal; you normally keep paid access until the current billing period ends. Cancellation does not by itself create a pro-rated refund for unused time, unless applicable law requires one or we agree otherwise.

Our 7-day goodwill refund
For a first web subscription or a one-time credit-pack purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used paid-only features or spent any purchased credits. This is a voluntary policy in addition to, not instead of, any statutory remedy. It is not available for a renewal period that has already delivered paid access or benefits, unless local law requires otherwise.

When to contact us about a refund
Contact us promptly if you were charged more than once, a charge was unauthorised, a technical problem prevented access and we could not reasonably resolve it, or a mandatory local consumer remedy applies. Include your account email, payment reference, purchase date, and a concise explanation. Never send full payment-card details by email.

Digital services and credit packs
Readings, subscription access, and credits are digital services that can be supplied immediately. Where you request immediate performance or use a digital benefit, your statutory cancellation or withdrawal position may change only to the extent local law allows and after any required acknowledgement or consent. We do not use this policy to remove rights that local law preserves.

What is not a refund reason by itself
A reading’s style, symbolism, or outcome is not a guarantee and disagreement with an interpretation is not, by itself, proof that a digital service was defective. This does not limit a remedy for a service that failed to conform to a consumer contract or a right that law gives you.

Review and payment timing
We aim to review a complete request within 5 business days and may ask for information needed to verify the purchase. If we approve a refund, we return it to the original payment method when possible. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit becomes visible.

Chargebacks and fraud
If you do not recognise a charge, contact us and your payment provider promptly. We may investigate suspected fraud and suspend the related account while doing so. This does not affect your legal rights to challenge an unauthorised transaction.

Regional rights
People in the EEA, UK, and other places may have statutory cancellation, refund, repair, or price-reduction rights for digital services. The availability and any exception for digital content depend on the purchase flow and local law. If your law gives stronger rights than this policy, that law applies.
